This website is operated by ROKU Salon. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ROKU Salon. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Professional Use: Many products sold in our store are professional-grade. We provide descriptions based on manufacturer guidelines.

Advice: While we offer professional recommendations in-salon, online purchases are made at the customer's discretion. We are not liable for adverse reactions or unexpected results if a product is used incorrectly or without a prior professional consultation.

Sensitivity: We highly recommend a patch test for any topical treatments or intensive scalp products.

2. Accuracy of Information

Product Images: We endeavor to display product colors and packaging as accurately as possible. However, as screen displays vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

Pricing: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

3. Payment & Security

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Shopify Payments / Credit Card. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch or collection.

Contract of Sale: Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is only formed once you receive an "Order Dispatched" or "Ready for Collection" email.

4. Modifications to the Service

As a small business, we reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis (e.g., if we suspect a "reselling" bot or fraudulent activity).
