Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business! We aim to get your professional haircare to you as quickly as possible while ensuring every order is packed with care.

1. Processing & Dispatch Times

Standard Dispatch: We typically process and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.

Our Schedule: Our salon is officially closed on Sundays and Mondays. While we often process orders on these days depending on staffing, please note that our guaranteed dispatch days are Tuesday through Saturday.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs (UK Only)

We use reliable couriers to ensure your products arrive safely.

Standard Shipping: £2.99 (Delivery usually within 2–4 working days after dispatch).

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £40

3. In-Store Pick-up (Click & Collect)

Avoid shipping costs by collecting your order directly from the salon.

Collection Times: Pick-up is available during our standard salon opening hours: Tuesday & Wednesday, 10am - 8pm. Thursday & Friday, 10am - 6pm. Saturdays 9am - 4pm.

Wait for Notification: Please wait until you receive a "Ready for Pickup" email before heading to the salon.

What to Bring: Please have your order confirmation email (digital or printed) ready to show our team.

4. Delivery Delays

As a small team, we appreciate your patience during busy periods (such as Christmas or bank holidays). Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control, but we will always provide tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
