Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your professional haircare. If you change your mind or receive a faulty item, please refer to our policy below.

1. Online "Change of Mind" Returns

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Notification: You must notify us of your intent to return the item within this 14-day window.

Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to the salon.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all security seals intact.

2. Hygiene & Health Protection (Strict)

Due to the nature of professional hair and beauty products, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been opened, tested, or had the security seal broken. * This includes shampoos, conditioners, styling products, and tools.

Any product returned in a used or tampered condition will not be eligible for a refund and can be sent back to you at your expense.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged or is technically faulty (e.g., a defective spray pump or electrical tool), you have a 30-day right to reject the item for a full refund or replacement.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item.

4. How to Return

By Post: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

In-Store (Click & Collect): You may return your online order to the salon in person for an exchange or refund, provided it meets the "unopened" criteria above. Please bring your order confirmation email.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days.
